The last but certainly not least all-star team member is Hector!

Hector is one of the original team members, going way back to our old kitchen and our old business name. For four years he has been the backbone of the restaurant and god help us if we have to figure out what to do without him. Thank you Hector for your relentless dedication!

The next member of our All-Star team to appreciate: Medardo!

Medardo is the newest member of the team, although it's hard to image what we did without him. He really and truly gets what it is we do here: make reliably delicious food with the aim of providing the team with reliably great jobs and benefits. And it shows in his dedication and enthusiasm.

Medardo can be seen here enthusiastically demonstrating laying out compostable boxes 😆 which TBH is a major activity around here.
