Pappardelle al Tartufo e Funghi — pappardelle wrapped in a fragrant truffle oil, mushrooms, garlic, white w**e and aged Parmesan, with every bite rich and savory.

Salmone al Burro di Salvia — delicately prepared salmon finished with sage brown butter and velvety sage cream, paired with crisp sage, silky butternut squash purée and seasonal roasted vegetables.
