Lately at the Provecho Roasting Lab we’ve been getting ready for the arrival of our Loring Smart Roast . There’s still a long way to go, but little by little, everything is starting to take shape.

We’re building, creating, testing and dreaming up new ways to share coffee with you. We’re crafting unique experiences, and we can’t wait for you to be part of what’s coming.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Mexico Cup of Excellence! We had the opportunity to taste and learn about coffees from three incredible producers: Katia Loeza (Café Caliexca ), Miguel Castelan (Miguel Castelan), and Marco Zilli (Rancho Viejo - Specialty coffee) It was an honor to have you with us and share these coffees together.

A huge thank you to BLANK SPACE & Revel Cupping Room - Specialty Coffee Events + Education for creating this beautiful experience and bringing the coffee community together.

Rótulo design is one of the most iconic and recognizable forms of popular graphic expression in México.

We’ve been friends with for a good while and when we thought of a rótulo for our new cart, we had to ask Koy for help. This special cart is both a tribute to our roots (since pop-ups are where we first got started) and as a visual reflection of our culture 🇲🇽

Plus, we genuinely love experimenting with design. Ya te la sabes!
