🍷Our tasting will be guided by Maggie Rattigan of Regal Wine Co

First Course:  Flan di pappa al pomodoro with parmigiano fondue and cherry tomato confit paired with Sangiovese IGT 2020

Second Course: Maltagliati with wild boar ragout and tuscan Pecorino paired with Rosso di Montalcino DOC 2021

Third Course: Beef tagliata, porcini mushroom and crunchy potatoes paired with Brunello di Montalcino LA CASA DOCG 2017

Fourth Course: Almond and Zabaione semifreddo with cantucci served with Borgo Scopeto Vin Santo 2013
