Bringing the coastal French flavors to the coast of San Diego 🤝 Perfected by Chef Vincent for one special evening.

Wednesday, October 14th — Guests will enjoy flavors of Normandy (apples, c***r, Camembert, Joués de bœuf) and Brittany (scallops, buckwheat crêpes, caramel) and more.

✨French Spotlight: Moules Provençale

🇫🇷 A dish that originated in the coastal communities of the Provence region. The flavor profile builds on ancient Greek and Roman traditions in the Mediterranean.

A favorite of the French food culture. Our seasonal moules are prepared with a refined twist: Piquillo peppers, Niçoise olives, confit cherry tomatoes, tomato sauce, basil-lemon butter, green onions.
