By recycling CO2 released during fermentation to carbonate this Tropical Fusion, Mosaic, & Strata Cryo hop-bomb, our closed-loop system slashes emissions at the source. 🍷 Red Cuvée: A rich Rhône-style blend featuring notes of boysenberry, blueberry, and vanilla bean, with a persistent and savory finish, marked by wild herbs and a chewy anise character.
🥂 White Cuvée: A balanced Rhône-style blend layered with notes of white peach and ripe pear, followed by a clean mineral edge that lingers with a long, bright finish.
