Worth the wait of 4.5 hours and is truly inspiring. Got a chance to walk the smokehouse and meet Aaron Franklin, probably the highlight of my BBQ life. Thanks Aaron for the chat and for being super humble. All the best.

Yes yes I know it’s not BBQ, but Sunday lunch got upscaled this week back to Italia.

This homemade from scratch sauce, Black Truffle, Lobster and Gnocchi was amazing.

Now time for a nap.
