Come by, grab a table, and order off our menu for the freshest dishes in San Diego. We prefer to have our guests order off the menu for dim sum dishes rather than rolling a cart around because the food is much fresher. Dim sum is prepared as small portions meant to be shared with groups. We are the perfect place to go for family gatherings, business lunches, or a night out with friends. China Max

has all you favorite Cantonese dishes and steamed and deep fried dim sum dishes including shrimp dumplings, steamed pork dumplings (siu mai), chive cakes, lobster with ginger and scallion, abalone, pepper steak, fisherman crab, Peking duck and pan fried pot stickers. Our full menu is filled with a variety of spicy, poultry, seafood, vegetable, rice and noodle dishes. Our goal is to make sure that everyone leaves happy and excited to return again to China Max.
