Felt good today to get back in the catering game! It was a small event but our customers were very happy with all the food and service. Also received a great complement from a few of the guests. I was told that our Pulled Pork was better than famous Dave's! Now Dave is a man and bbq'er that I respect greatly and just to me mentioned with him is a complement that I will not soon forget! 2 more quotes in the works.
