se traditions their own, Arslan and Vahida worked their way through the harsh life of a new-refugee, learning the language and ways of their adopted homeland. The couple was never far from restaurants, and soon opened the precious cargo that they’d gathered in a former life, that they’d carried throughout the entirety of a new one. The vision of a restaurant on the water, made manifest in Arslan’s Gyros, was the content of that cargo box.
