What this means....we are a local Pacific Beach family running a Gourmet Food Truck who believes in serving and making healthy choices. CHIP'S BEACH EATZ features LOCAL, ORGANIC, SUSTAINABLE products, such as Maciel Family Farm, Brandt True Natural Beef, and seafood from local fisherman John West. Between Chip and his wife they have over 40 years experience in the restaurant industry. Chef Chip is

culinary trained and has held Chef positions at Valley View Casino and Hard Rock Hotel to name a few. There is a stigma about "roach coaches"....our truck is certified Grade A by San Diego Health Department. If you every want to take a tour of the truck just ask Chef Chip he would love to show you around.
