We are hiring !

Position : Head Chef / Lead Line Cook

Hours : Tuesday-Saturday 2:30 - close or Wednesday-Sunday 2:30 - close

Pay : $23-$27 per hour plus tips ($5-10 per hour)depending on skill and experience

Qualifications: Must have knife skills , pizza experience, previous management/lead experience, valid food handlers card / food handlers management card

Job description: You would be expected to manage the line cook team , write and maintain prep lists and prepping of ingredients when necessary, inventory and ordering , must be capable of working each individual station from pizza stretching and topping , working the wood fired pizza oven , working the sandwich and salad station and running the expo station .
