Being Filipino, our meals naturally involve a lot of people, a lot of food and a lot of laughs. We got them down and created a few of our own to share with you. Chef Ronnie Boy… baby of the family, cooking since he was 6, has been a foodie before he even knew what that was!! His love for food brought him to Le Cordon Bleu's culinary program, where he has learned to improve his culinary skills. Hi

s passion for food led him to graduate at the top of his class and was even asked to do a speech at graduation! There is nothing that Ronnie loves more than laughing and good food. Put those together and you get Truck Norris. We want to put a smile on your face as well as your stomach so you keep coming back for more.

We came hungry and left happy 😮‍💨🔥 Traded our Firecracker Shrimp Bowl, Island Fried Chicken, Furikake Fire Wings, Kim chi Butter and Honey Sriracha wings for cheesecake loaded with Nutella, strawberries & ice cream, plus churro bites topped with Nutella, strawberries & ice cream and caramel. Safe to say… it did NOT disappoint 🤤🍓🍨 Huge shoutout to for taking care of us! Sooo 🔥🔥🔥🔥

We gave them wings.
Asked for 4 pies…

They came back with 15 😳

5 minced meat
5 smoked brisket
5 Oreo Nutella

No wonder they feed the performers like
their food is fit for kings 👑🔥

This started as a normal trade… and turned into something way bigger 🤝

In the vendor world, it’s not always “let’s trade.”
Most of the time it’s just people we know pulling up like
“hey bro can we get a couple bowls?”… and we got them. Every time.

This is 🌺
They’ve been blessing our booth all weekend with snacks for the kids, so when they asked for food—it was automatic.

I told him I wanted jerky, but it’s Sunday… they were SOLD OUT.
Told him don’t even trip, we still feeding you guys.

Next thing I know, he comes back with two packs…
and tells me they were supposed to go to Maoli 😳

I couldn’t take that. That’s a huge opportunity for them.
So now we going back and forth because he wants me to have it and I’m trying to give it back 😂

We finally came to a deal—
kept one, and he saved one for Maoli 🤝

Still made sure the kids got taken care of ❤️

The trade game is cool… but the people behind it? That’s everything.

Best part of this whole thing… when the season starts, I’m away a lot. So moments like this—when my wife and kids get to be there and enjoy it with me—mean everything.
