Meet Stella Jean’s Fall Flavors.

🇫🇷 French Butter Caramel (GF)
Sweet cream ice cream swirled with caramel made with Isigny Sainte-Mère Beurre d’Isigny cultured butter from Normandy, France, and sea salt.

🇹🇭 Thai Tea + Salted Cream (GF)
ChaTraMue Official Account Thai tea ice cream marbled with salted cream.

🇮🇳 Kadak Chai + Gingersnap Crumble (V+GF)
Coconut milk ice cream steeped with Assam black tea, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, and black pepper, layered with house-made gingersnap crumble.

🇸🇬 Kaya Toast (V)
Pandan coconut milk ice cream with crunchy caramelized toast.

Scoops and pints are now available at all Stella Jean’s locations. 🍦🍂

Hello, SaWaDiKa! 🙏🏻🇹🇭 Our first fall flavor reveal: Thai Tea + Salted Cream (GF). 🧡🍂

Inspired by the Thai tea street carts you’ll find all over Thailand.

This time, we’re using ChaTraMue Official Account, the original Thai tea brand from Thailand since 1945. We steep the tea directly into our ice cream base, strain it, then churn the Thai tea and salted cream separately before layering and marbling them together by hand in every tub.

Available September 23 at all Stella Jean’s locations.

Fun fact: “SaWaDiKa” means “hello” in Thai. 🙏🏻

Brown Butter Pecan (GF). 🧈 One of our classics since day one.

We cook butter until it reaches a deep, dark amber, then blend it into our 16% butterfat ice cream base with a touch of sea salt for a rich, nutty brown butter flavor. Once churned, we fold in plenty of toasted pecans for a little crunch in every scoop.

Simple, buttery, nutty, and still one of our favorites after all these years. 🍨

Three more weeks of Stella Jean’s summer. ☀️🍍🌺

Pineapple POG (V+GF) is a swirl of pineapple sherbet made with pineapple purée, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and a touch of sea salt, together with our POG sorbet made with passion fruit, orange juice, and pink guava.

Bright, juicy, a little tart, and incredibly refreshing. Summer in a scoop. 🧡💛

La Mesa, we finally have some news! 🥧+☕️+🍦

Our permits are officially in, and construction on our new Pop Pie Co. + Stella Jean’s location is getting started at 8243 La Mesa Blvd, with both shops located side by side.

We can’t promise an opening date just yet, but we’re hopeful we’ll be welcoming you around the holidays. We’ll keep you posted as we get closer.

Before we even opened Stella Jean’s, there was one flavor we knew had to be on the menu: Mango Sticky Rice (V+GF) 🇹🇭🥭🍚

Inspired by one of Chef Gan’s (Gan Suebsarakham) favorite Thai desserts growing up in Thailand, it’s been on our menu since the very beginning. Almost eight years later, it’s still one of our most scooped and most loved flavors.

Made with pandan-infused coconut milk and mango sorbet, churned separately and folded together by hand.

Available year-round by the scoop or pint at all Stella Jean’s locations.

Fun fact: One of Chef Gan’s favorite mango sticky rice spots in Bangkok is No.1 Mango Sticky Rice. Save this one for your next trip to Thailand. 🇹🇭

We love classic birthday cake ice cream, but we also wanted to celebrate the flavors we grew up with. This flavor brings them together in one scoop.

Creamy coconut milk ice cream infused with Mizuba Tea Co. | Japanese Matcha & Teas matcha, folded with freshly baked pandan birthday cake made with pandan leaf powder for its naturally vibrant green color, then soaked in pandan syrup for even more pandan goodness. Finished with Softies rainbow sprinkles and a touch of sea salt.
