Alforon brings you freshly made flatbread sandwiches and Lebanese cuisine from the finest of ingredients, baked daily in our state-of-the-art oven. Featured on Food Network’s Diner Drive Ins and Dives. We import our Zaatar and Summac, as well as our olive oil, Fresh Vegan dough is made daily from high grade unbleached Hard wheat flour. Our comfort food cooking methods are all done the old-fashio

ned way, using local and imported legumes and spices to dough preparation and handling to baking and serving. We opened in 2009 and our goal has always been to provide the most authentic, original Lebanese dining experience around, while treating you our guests as family and friends in a comfortable setting and ambiance. We pride ourselves on the freshest ingredients and an impeccable level of friendliness and cleanliness - we painted our kitchen floors white so we can see everything! We purchase all our food locally from farmer's markets, and hand-prepare, bake everything & serve the hardest to find comfort food dishes of our Homeland Lebanon.
