The Great Kabab Factory (“TGKF”) will be approximately a 75-seat Fine Dining contemporary upscale restaurant. The restaurant is expected to be located in the booming, rapidly expanding Gaslamp Quarters neighborhood in downtown San Diego. The concept is different from a typical restaurant, in that, it serves UNLIMITED quantity of full-course meal including rusty, smoky, succulent grilled/BBQ/Kabab
delicacies for a FIXED PRICE, all brought to the table in style by elegant and smart hosts/hostesses while the guests sit & relax. A DIFFERENT MENU is set for each day. Besides our 450+ signature kababs/grilled/BBQ items, the multi-course dining experience will start with light drinks to all the way up to the dessert, including a wide variety of breads, best of seasonal salads, curries, biryani and the choice of desserts. The serving will include vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and gluten-free fusion of exquisite choices from every style of meat, seafood and vegetables with American and Indian influences. This is "not" a buffet concept. This is going to be the "first" and one of a kind in the United States.
