Unfortunately our coffee brewer is broken. We believe it is the thermostat that is not working. We are currently awaiting a technician to come out and fix it. We will purchase a coffee maker to use until then, or will offer you an Americano for the price of a coffee.

Starting January 2nd, 10% employee discounts will only be good for handcrafted beverages. This means any of the drinks we make, coffee, lattes, fraps, and teas. There will no longer be a discount on food, bottled beverages, pastries, or merchandise.

We have joined up with Milana Michelle from Pacific Shores Real Estate Inc. to help collect new and gently used blankets, jackets, coats, and clothes to help the homeless in San Diego this chilly winter. All donations can be dropped off at our store located at 7910 Frost Street, Suite 175, San Diego, CA 92123.

With homeless shelters aready at full capacity, a blanket or warm coat can make a big difference for those forced to sleep on the streets. And remember, with the economy the way it is, and many people left to live on the street and in their cars due to home foreclosures, the people you are helping may just be someone you know.

Not only are your favorite holiday drinks back, but we also have skinny mocha sauce and sugarfree peppermint syrup to cut down on some calories. We also have one of your favorite seasonal coffees, Thanksgiving Blend. Yay for red holiday cups! :)

It's nearly time! starting November 1st you will be able to get your holiday favorites. Gingerbread latte's and Eggnog latte's will be available starting next Tuesday. We will also be offering new skinny drinks. Starbucks will have skinny mocha sauce, as well as skinny peppermint syrup. Drink up some holiday drinks without feeling guilty. Lets all count down til its holiday red cups time. :)

Many of you have inquired about the so-called Starbucks secret menu. Unfortunately there is no official secret menu. Just drinks people have customized. Like the article says, "Just remember that not all of the drink names may be universal so make sure you can at least explain how the drink is made to your barista". We would be more than happy to customize a drink especially for you. :)

Frequenters of Starbucks know the situation all too well: You're standing in line, reciting the precise order of the five different descriptors that constitute "your drink," when you hear the person in front of you make a request so foreign sounding it completely throws your concentration.
