Thank you all for nearly 11 years of serving each of you, until recently (COVID) it was my pleasure & passion to do so! As you may already know, Sabuku sushi is now closed & I’m already 2,600 miles away in Fort Myers, FL looking to start a new life and pursue new opportunities! However, I’m taking a few months off to regroup, get my head straight & get back to THRIVING not just surviving! These last few years have been downright brutal & I need to reenergize! Thank you again & may life provide you great happiness & joy!

As of Feb 19th, 2022, Sabuku will no longer be a restaurant. It now becomes truly an extension of my passion & my creativity alone & for those of you that know & have enjoyed my craft for 11 years, you know I’m maniacal about quality, freshness & creativity… COVID has taken its toll, but cant take that from me/us, so below I’ve come up with 3 ways you can enjoy me & my wonderful creations in the comfort & privacy of your own home, &/or together with a few of your friends.

Sushi Soirée
Customized sushi dinner by Ashley, using only the finest & freshest fish, meats & produce I can source! Perfect for small parties of 4 to 10 people! Multi course small plates made in your home where you can relax & enjoy them together with the company of good friends! Special requests; such as favorite rolls, plates or apps, or even specialty fish (ankimo, oysters, etc) are absolutely encouraged!

$475 all inclusive, or

*100% gluten free dinner option available, including tempura, crab & all brown sauces

Sushi Class
Learn how to make sushi at hame, including leaning; the importance of the sushi rice, the necessity to use the freshest & specific fish & ingredients, the proper rolling techniques & fun ways to present your creations that will make you the hit of the next family &/or friend gathering!

Price includes 2 hour class, & you will leave with your own maki su mat, chopsticks & some fun giveaways! You & your guests will provide beverages/drinks of choice.

Throwing a party & want to provide your guests something more than just chicken & ribs. Bring Ashley in to prepare an amazing assortment of sushi rolls right in front of your guests to enjoy.

It is with the heaviest of hearts that I announce Sabuku sushi, my dream my passion is done, 2+ years of grueling almost mental & physical abuse dealing with COVID. Now with labor costs out of control & within the last few months nearly everything i buy, oils, meats & fish doubling or even tripling & the final nail was my lanlord doubling my rent in march. i cant go on taking all these punches, i’m exhausted being the worlds punching bag! I’m soo appreciative of all the fun we’ve had together & the absolute love so many of you have shown me & my team. So while down & out, there will be another day, thanks to all of you! My intent is to try & stay open until Valentines weekend & then thats it! I Wish you all a wonderful life, thank you for sharing some of it here at Sabuku! With love, Ashley

Gluten Free Gyoza is here & it's so good too! So here's my Q to all of our gluten free patrons: Are you helping us spread the word on the various social media communities/pages(many of which are private) where this matters! Sabuku Sushi is nearly entirely gluten free & would appreciate any & all support in these places we normally weren't a part of.

PS: would appreciate any "Gluten free" group/page recommendations we should join/be following/posting/be part of... please comment them below & I'll work on getting on them!
