Happy Thursday amigos y amigas! Have you tried our carne asada taco yet?!?!? I know, I know, it’s just carne asada. But hear me out for a minute. We use chuck for our asada. It’s juicy, buttery, served on , topped with a raw sauce, cilantro, onion, and . I prefer mine with lots of our and about 1/2 lime per !
