By reviving old time favorite recipes, we create an adventure in meticulously crafted food, traditional coffees, craft beers, wine and ambiance. The offering is simple: uncomplicated traditional cuisine from Cuba's Golden Age presented in a light-filled, contemporary space with locally sourced and all natural ingredients whenever possible - making this experience a treat for your palate and spirit.

Old photos from Cuba… long days on the water, streets lined with palms, and the people who carried our story across generations. So much of what we do today is rooted in where they came from — the food, the music, the feeling of gathering around a table together.
