Our INKA’FE journey started in 2023 with a red coffee trailer, inspired by the colors of our Peruvian flag 🇵🇪❤️. Our dream was to bring our coffee to people from a little trailer, but after a year of navigating city permits and many challenges, life took us in a different direction. Then came the opportunity to open a coffee shop—and the rest is history. We held on to our trailer for a long time because it was where our dream began. But a few weeks ago, we finally decided to let it go. Sometimes, dreams are not meant to take you where you first imagined. Sometimes, they are simply meant to lead you somewhere else. We’re incredibly grateful for every step of this journey and for everything that little red trailer represented. And now, we’re so happy to see it become part of someone else’s dream. We wish the new owners so much success and happiness in this new chapter! ✨
