Fresh Drops just hit the menu ✨✨
We’re very excited to share this special coffee from .hachi. Diego Bermudez of Hachi told us this is the best Pink Bourbon he’s produced, and we knew that’s all that was needed to be said, and purchased the full lot.
What makes this coffee special starts at its unique approach and processing. This coffee is a biochemical interface between Pink Bourbon and Geisha varieties. Diego sacrifices a full batch of Geisha to create a highly concentrated aromatic bio medium (which you can learn more about on the web-store), and after a standard washing process, Pink Bourbon parchment-encased seeds are immersed in the Geisha solution. The result is a sweet, floral and intensely memorable Pink Bourbon. It’s limited to a couple hundred bags, so don’t hold out on this one (it’s almost sold out 🫣)
We’re also proud to bring back Francy Castillo’s amazing coffee. This year we are sharing her Natural Pink Bourbon and it’s let’s just say, this one screams Blue Gummy Bears 💙🔵🔹🌀
And lastly, a rarity for us, but we’re dropping a Geisha from Gelver Cuenca that is a shower series coffee. Not because it’s not stellar (because it really is), but because it’s crushable and well valued, and we think this is a perfect fit for its profile✨ in the cup we’re getting sweet lemon candies, florals that remind us of black tea, and juicy citrus like oranges.
