We’re getting ready to launch dine-in lunch this coming Monday but not without one last special for this Friday that’s near and dear to our hearts.

Available this Friday, 5/8 only we’ll have our Hủ Tíu Mỹ Tho made with pork broth, minced pork, shrimp, quail eggs, pig’s innards, clear noodles, chives and Chinese celery.  Available in dry and soup style, our dry style comes with a small soup.

It’s a special soup for us because our mom used to make it for us often and it’s still her favorite soup. We hope you enjoy it too!

We’re making special Gỏi Cuốn (Spring Rolls) for you this week! Ours are filled with shrimp, pork, lettuce, chives, herbs, bean sprouts and vermicelli noodles with peanut sauce on the side.

And we’re bringing back our Hainanese Chicken Rice again this week, by popular demand. Plus, you can enjoy our Bún Thang with vermicelli noodles, Vietnamese ham, shredded chicken, shredded egg, shiitake mushrooms, minced shrimp, Louisiana dried shrimp and fried shallots. It’s served with Mustard Greens, Rau Răm and Mắm Ruốc (salted shrimp paste) on the side.
