Meet Chef Todd Bencivenni. Our very own Chef de Cuisine and one of the talented minds behind our new menu here at Garibaldi.

Chef Todd’s passion for food, belief in the quality of food ingredients, and unwavering work ethic has landed him several executive level positions at some incredible restaurants including Café Chloe in San Diego, Le Grand Bistro & Oyster Bar in Downtown Denver, and New York Seafood Restaurant in New York.

Along with his leadership experience and pristine attention to detail, Chef brings a comprehensive knowledge of seafood, Italian, Charcuterie Craftsmanship, and California cuisine to our restaurant.

We are equally lucky and thrilled to have him here with us. Ti amo, Chef!
