Egg Scramble with salmon & tzatziki:
- Separate Skin from meat of leftover salmon
- Dry fry the skin in a nonstick pan over med. heat
- Chop cherry tomatoes & garlic chives for garnish
- Remove skin and set aside
- Add neutral oil and butter to pan
- Add 'Egg Spice' & Tony's and bloom in fat
- Add chopped onion and saute until translucent
- Hand tare salmon meat into pan
- Add eggs* & fold together over med/low heat
- Spoon scramble along one side of the plate
- Add tomatoes along the open side of scramble
- Spoon & swipe a bit of tzatziki to fill empty space
- Stick fried skin in scramble to add height
- Sprinkle chives
- Crown with a chive blossom if you have it
* I like to crack eggs into a separate bowl and leave whole... I pierce the yolk with my spatula in the pan and fold together... This gets beautiful streaks of white, yolk and mixed...

After shutting FizzzN's doors I got a little lost creatively, particularly around food... I found myself not wanting to make things from scratch and was having a hard time figuring out how to use all of my leftovers... I now know this was due to grieving the loss of my business... Or at least the loss of this iteration of it...
I first found a positive mindset program that got me out of a state of stagnation and sparked a passion to share it with others... This led me to leaning into embodiment and learning to teach nervous system regulation techniques while enjoying the sense of community and wonder if the rave or festival culture... Finally being called to access the Akashic Records and becoming attuned to Reiki...
Now as I embark on a new adventure building on this new foundation I leaned into an opportunity through .arewild to participate in The Artists Way book club this summer to unlock/unblock creativity... We are officially half way through and lately I realized that my food and beverage creativity is coming back out!
The dish above is a great example of that by utilizing leftover salmon & tzatziki to create breakfast this morning! I have never been great at plating but look at it, so pretty and totally worth it!!!
