We offer a full range of meat, vegetarian, and gluten-free falafels, along with all the toppings, sides, and sauces. No matter your guests’ food preferences or allergies, they will enjoy a delicious fresh feast. We serve directly from the trailer for an open kitchen experience, or we will set up a Shawarma bar where guests can build their own bowls. Either way, your guests will love it, and we can’t wait to cook for you!
