And finally; a huge, heartfelt thanks to all of my servers at Hoxton Manor, past and present. It goes without saying that I couldn’t have done this without you.
Special mention to Katy, who’s been busting ass for us since day 1, and to Ruby, who ran the FOH like a well-oiled machine.
Also to Jacob, for being ultra-reliable… and for picking up the shifts nobody else wants! And to Evan, for being our keen-eyed weekend warrior who’s always on top of his game.
