We love the Black Sesame Matcha Latte.
To make a good matcha, you need to:
Use good quality matcha,
Use hot water, not boiling water,
Whisk and mix it well.

We like it as is, but if you want it a little sweeter, feel free to add maple syrup, honey, or a little vanilla syrup.

Hojicha, a moment of intentional pause.

There is a quiet rhythm in the whisking of Hojicha: the warm, toasted aroma, and the release of deep, earthy flavors. It is more than a drink; it is a ritual designed to ground you, offering a steady, calm focus without the rush.

Unlike traditional green tea, Hojicha is roasted to bring out notes of cocoa, roasted nuts, and a gentle earthiness. We believe in respecting the integrity of the leaf: which is why we serve our Hojicha as a traditional form or as a Latte, allowing the natural, smoky profile of the tea to shine.

When paired with the subtle creaminess of oat milk, it creates a perfectly balanced cup that adds Calming Energy and Comfort. It’s an invitation to slow down and savor a moment in time.

A Chocolate Croissant (pain au chocolat) ...

Delicate balance of butter, dough and chocolate layered with intention. This is the result of patience and precision to create the light, shattered texture of a true croissant.

A peek into these layers reveals the hours of preparation and the calm focus required to achieve crumb. At La Clochette, we believe that quality is something you can taste when things are made with care and not rushed.

Slow down and enjoy the layers of the day with us (don't forget to complement with a drink).
