Raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Jameson’s path took her from studying business and psychology to realizing food and hospitality were where she belonged.⁠
⁠
She went on to study Culinary Arts at the CIA at Greystone, work at Robert Mondavi Winery, and eventually make her way back to California and Callie.⁠
⁠
What brought her here? A shared love for locally sourced, seasonal food and the kind of hospitality that reminds her of family dinners growing up.⁠
⁠
Fun fact: Jameson was a cheerleader and competitive dancer, and is a self-proclaimed pop culture nerd. 🤓⁠

Let's get to know one of the leaders behind the Callie kitchen. ⁠
⁠
Born and raised in San Diego, Tino grew up around restaurants, spending his summers working alongside his siblings in his dad's restaurants before discovering his passion for cooking. ⁠
⁠
Hungry to learn, he pushed himself through kitchens across San Diego before joining Callie . ⁠
⁠
Tino has grown into an incredible Sous Chef. His work ethic, curiosity, and leadership help set the tone in our kitchen every day. ⁠
⁠
Fun fact: Great food runs in the family. His brother is a Sous Chef at our sister restaurant, Fleurette.⁠
⁠
When asked what he loves most about Callie, his answer says it all: "The awesome people I get to work with. They inspire me to be better every day." ⁠
