SEA GRAPES - SUPER FOOD FOR VEGETARIAN
With vegetarian dishes, it is often said that there are not enough nutrients due to lack of iron, calcium, zinc, fat, and protein. Sea grapes has high nutritional content and low calorific value, it has many vitamins, minerals and macronutrients and micronutrients such as iodine, calcium, iron, sodium, vitamin A, amino acids, so sea grapes provides very good nutrition for vegetarians.
In addition, unlike other vegetables, sea grapes is rich in iodine. In 100g of seaweed, there are about 1.9mg of iodine. This content is much higher than many types of seafood.
