Ellie's Wood Fired Pizza Ellie's Wood Fired Pizza offers Neapolitan style pizza with fresh ingredients never frozen.

Dougs and his wife's Neapolitan pizza obsession came about six years ago when he first discovered the style. He spent those years with his father in-law cooking pizzas at home for friends and family after purchasing a personal wood fire oven. They experienced new ways of cooking pizza all while perfecting the dough process. Today Doug and his wife are proud to serve the beautiful town of Ocean Beach San Diego as small business owners.

All glory to God and Jesus Christ. Thank YOU. We are so grateful for everybody’s patronage inside our pizza shop. If you’ve never entered our doors we encourage you to do so this week. We’ve put together a pretty neat concept with an at home feel. After this week we will adjust with limited hours and menu. Starting May 8th we will have our cheese, margherita, pepperoni, pep sausage, and elote pizzas only. We will be open Thursday to Saturday 5pm to 9pm. We are adjusting to lessen the work duty and load while waiting for our baby girl. Sorry for any inconvenience this adjustment may cause. We will still be serving takeout/pickup only in the same location. Looking forward to a California summer and on with you guys! 🍕✝️

New business! Wife and I just launched ! This all started from our elote pizza recipe. Made with avocado oil, guajillo, chili de arbol, sesame seeds, garlic, coffee, and salt. An original and spicy. They give a nice smoky, earthy, and umami flavor. We put it on everything from eggs, rice bowls, avocado toast, pizza, etc. These are very unique flavors compared to other chili oils. Available only at our pizza shop for now. We will be working on our website and Amazon so we can be ready to ship. Grab one when you’re in and let us know how ya like it! 🌶️🥑☕️
