New equipment is in! Now we are so close I can ACTUALLY taste it!
Very thankful to be here and celebrating this monumental win.
Next up is menu testing while we wait for the paperwork shuffle to be complete.

Guess who just got caught sleeping it off after their catering event today?!? Chef Dom and Sal just keeping it cozy. 🤣🤣🤣
I know I know!!! We haven't posted in a long while and that's my fault... Not the chef's.😉 What can I say... My heart is filled with the love of two LEO men now!!!
Big things are still coming your way and the restaurant is still coming at you quick! Just the paperwork shuffle left and you know how that goes.
In the meantime, keep Per Lei in mind for your next event. We cater and I promise no sleeping on the job... just after!

Hello friends and family of Per Lei Supper Club!
Exciting announcement alert... Guess who joined our family this past week??? Beyond excited and blessed to be a papa to this little man.
I have to admit this has been the best week of my life, and now more than ever it's time to get back to work!
We will be resuming work at the restaurant space in Santa Ana on Monday. Stay tuned for our finishing touches and be sure to come by and say hi to our newest member of the family kitchen staff when we open!

Pony walls going up and front of house is looking like a dream come true.
A huge thank you to my brother in law, , , for all of your help with these projects. I could not have done it without all of you.
Stay tuned because we've got plenty of projects we've been starting in our kitchen.
Hoping to have this beautiful restaurant open first thing in September because our newest family member is due to arrive next week! ❤️❤️❤️
