Hello Friends! Came for a short week in France 🇫🇷 to work the final details of my new restaurant concept! Very grateful 🥹 to also be able to see my Sister, Mom and Dad (and celebrate Mother’s Day on 05/26 with her).
Hopefully the new restaurant will be open before the end of year in a new location in the Peninsula.
Stay Tuned… and I cannot wait to be back in action.

For our Cuisinett Lovers who did not know, I am originally from Lille in the North of France 🇫🇷

Lille and the North is a beautiful area in France that is not really known in the US 🇺🇸
French People often refer us as very welcoming people and this is what Cuisinett is all about.

I had the joy to visit my dad and my sister (she lives in Bruxelle) for a few days. We shared some great quality time and delicious food 🍲

Food highlights: is a great restaurant and if you go make sure to say hi 👋 to my friend Hubert who owns the place. He also makes killer cocktails 🍸

Also, another great restaurant was .petitspoissons for some super fresh Seafood 🦞and Fish 🐟

From our family to all our Cuisinett Lovers we want to wish you a Happy Holiday Season. I cannot be thankful enough for your support over the past 12 years.
We feel very fortunate to have my mom who arrived from France yesterday and will be spending the next 3 weeks with us.
I will bring her back to France and do some more market research for our new upcoming project.

PS: Great lunch and their Plateau de Fruit de Mer was delicious.
