ヒーリングフードの会　アロマ編に続いて、味噌作りとキムチのワークショップ第2弾を企画しました！
前回のワークショップも大好評だったので、
の　 はるなさんとのコラボワークショップになっております！　
丹精込めて作られたはるなさんの麹を使った味噌作り。他では中々ない機会ですので、是非この機会に！　
そしてその生麹で作った麹調味料でキムチ作り。
軽食も用意しております！
是非、この機会をお見逃しなく！
自家製味噌、おいしいです♪

先月から対面で、ヒーリングフードの会を始めました。ヒーリングフードと言ってもピンとこない方もいるかな〜と思うのですが、私のヒーリングフードは食べることは癒し…、Eating is healing です。だからこそ、体に良いものを選んでいただきたい。なので、敢えて対面での会にしております。

今月のヒーリングフードの会はアロマアドバイザーのYukikoさん をお招きして、アロマ、エッセンシャルオイルのミニ講座をしていただきます。 のオイルのご紹介から使い方、効能まで初心者の方にも経験者の方にも楽しんでいただける内容です。その後は交流会も兼ねてのランチ。エッセンシャルオイルを使ったお料理やデザートを召し上がっていただきます。
レシピの共有や手土産もありますので、ご興味のある方はぜひこの機会に！

This year has gone by very quick. Although it has been a very different year to many of us, we are offering same Christmas and New Year's meal.
Due to the amount of orders, these orders are available for only pick up. We are accommodating to all the San Mateo county requirements and curbside pick up are also available. We will send you separate email for the details once orders are in.
