Pretty much as Jordanian as it gets 🇯🇴

Our 2alo (Uncle) Dia Dia Mawloud Fnaish just made the family one of the best mansafs imaginable — lamb over rice, soaked in jameed, the fermented yogurt sauce that gives Jordan’s national dish its signature flavor.

Nothing brings the family around one table quite like mansaf. ❤️
