California and continued his work in various restaurants. Maurice was fed up with the wages given to culinary chefs of his caliber and chose another path. The path he chose was one with the niche of ope

ning up his own soul food/ Italian restaurant. With his persistence in working for other major restaurant
corporations, Maurice was able to start his own American Dream. Working as a Head
executive chef for Regional Worldwide grill and trattoria and a head executive chef in Reno, CA Maurice set his place as one of the best chefs in California today. Some of Maurice is contribution to the culinary society would be his famous waffle
Sandwiches and his “One Night Stand” burger. Come to the Miko Grille and be the judge of an entrepreneur chef that felt food was more than a dream, but a career.
