It’s so hot outside……..BUT we can still have that Fall season mindset! Or at least tastebuds 🍁🤎 Pictured is our Pumpkin Spice matcha and Pumpkin cheesecake. The matcha is perfectly paired with our in house made pumpkin syrup that just sends you into the Fall season. The pumpkin cheesecake is one of the creamiest, well balanced pumpkin flavored cheesecake you will ever try! Come try one or both of these items. The picture on the left was taken December 21st 2025, that was the day we decided to take a chance on us and open up a storefront. Is it something we’ve done before? Nope. Did we know what we were doing? Nope. Should we have done a little more research? PROBABLY 😂 However, Im so glad we took the chance and now it’s been over a year since serving Los Fresnos and the RGV ❤️ The hardest part of starting a business is honestly starting. We started but it’s the amazing customers that keep us going! Times are tough so it means that much more that you spend your hard earned money on our desserts, coffee, and matcha. We can never express our gratitude enough for your continued support. You make us want to get better and we will always take steps to get better. We will continue to grow with our community 😊 Thank you again from the Robyn’s Team! 💚

TOMORROW September 1st is the official first day of our Fall flavors! We are excited to bring back these customer favorites. Apple Crumble is homemade apple pie feeling infused with our signature flavor and topped with our delicious crumble. Our Pumpkin Spice cheesecake is a one of kind flavor that you can’t find anywhere else! You get a rich pumpkin taste that is creamy and flavorful. Last, but not least, our Pumpkin Spice latte is ready for your taste buds. Made with a homemade Pumpkin Puree-based syrup with beans from Jitterz Coffee Bar that adds that unmatched espresso taste you can only get from them.

Teasing something NEW to the menu. Hopefully this will be introduced soon. Going to make some tweaks but we are proud of the most important thing…..the taste 🔥 We are always looking for ways to improve and bringing amazing flavors is one of the best ways to do so. It can be daunting when a popular chain business comes into town. Cookies4College needs your continued support! We love how she said that you can support both! Just because they are a chain it doesn’t make them bad! Employees there have families to feed to. Spread the love to both of them ❤️

While there are some nerves of a popular cookie chain coming to Harlingen, we are confident in the loyalty of our cookie community we’ve built over the past seven years!

Remember, it’s ok to love and support two things! It’s not a competition, and there is no need for negativity or hate towards them in the comments! While it’s a big chain, it is also a local family who is investing in the franchise & opening the stop in Harlingen!
