In hot weather like this, there is no hope of our air conditioner providing any relief. 🥵 Never fear, pizza will return soon!

🔥 Food Trailer Update 🔥

After keeping a close eye on the forecast, we've made the difficult decision to close the food trailer this Friday. (We're usually set up Fridays at The Speakeasy Lounge 📍170 Ironwood, Hemphill, TX)

With temperatures expected to reach 95°, standing in front of a wood-fired oven all day—and splitting wood to keep it burning—is simply not safe. We love making pizzas for y'all, but we also have to make sure everyone stays healthy and safe in this East Texas heat.

We're planning to be back next week with the oven fired up and pizzas cooking, weather permitting!
