It is a bittersweet goodbye, but Alley Cat Coffee will be moving on to new endeavors and will no longer be serving here at Southtown Barbacoa. We wish them the best of luck in their next chapter.

On a lighter note, today's the day! If you're craving homemade, delicious chicken tenders, stop by at 5pm to grab yourself a 10$ box! A steal for anyone looking for an affordable and tasty dinner option for themselves and/or their family.

Rios Barbacoa has been a San Antonio family tradition since 1978. We are now running it as 4th generation to my Abuelo and Abuela Rios. Their love, work ethic, and the values they passed down continue to guide us every single day. Their legacy lives on in every family we serve.
