One thing I wish I could do at The Pan House is keep ALL of my cheesecake flavors available at the same time. 😭🍰
I’ve made Blueberry, Biscoff, Delirio, and so many other flavors — and honestly, whenever people actually try them, they sell. 🙏
But Delirio is a little different. When I first started selling it, people didn’t really pay much attention to it because, honestly… it looks pretty plain. 😂 And cheesecake is cheesecake, right?
But I kept giving out samples whenever I could because I knew how good it was. Once people actually started trying it, everything changed. It became one of those desserts where someone would take a bite, buy one, and then sometimes come back the next day for another two. 😂🤎
Since then, Delirio has become one of our consistent favorites, and that’s why I kept it around while some of my other cheesecake flavors come and go.
I would LOVE to have Blueberry, Biscoff, Delirio, and all the other flavors available at the same time, but right now I’m still the only one making all of our desserts. I have to be careful about how many flavors I make at once because I don’t want to make too much just for it to sit in the chiller and eventually go to waste.
And realistically, I can’t make just one or two cheesecakes of every flavor while also keeping up with all the other desserts we offer. 😅
So for now, I’d rather rotate flavors, make them in small batches, and keep the quality where I want it to be.
If you’ve had our Blueberry or Biscoff Cheesecake before and you’ve been waiting for it to come back… don’t worry. 👀 They’re definitely not gone forever. 🤎
Sometimes I just have too many desserts I want to make and not enough hands. 😂
