Our new seasonal pies are officially here! Swing through today and grab our new Cacio e Pepe and Wolfhausen pizzas. With this lineup, we wanted to take some traditional, comforting dishes and ingredients, and turn them into delicious pizza for the fall season. We think these feature some really unique flavors that pair real well with a cold pint of b**r.

𝗖𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼 𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗽𝗲: Crème fraîche, PHP cheese, provolone, whipped ricotta & stracciatella, Parmesan, toasted black pepper, and garlic oil crust.
𝗪𝗼𝗹𝗳𝗵𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗻: Caramelized onion & mustard crème fraîche, PHP cheese, smoked Gouda, pepperwurst, sauerkraut, whipped apple butter ricotta, caraway, parsley, and garlic oil crust.

Another week in the books, which means it’s time for another installment of Fresh B**r Friday. Today, we are tossing our attention towards DDH Fresh Hop Green Battles! Back in 4-packs and on tap at all pubs.

This annual release features a blend of whole leaf Chinook and Mosaic, Mosaic CO2 Extract, Amarillo CGX NUVO, Mosaic Quantum Brite, Simcoe Cryo Fresh, and Citra Cryo Fresh, amplified by additional Simcoe and Citra hops, totaling 13.5 lbs/bbl of hops. We’re getting big notes of pine, grass, passionfruit, sweet citrus, gooseberry, and those familiar dank fresh-hop notes. A subtle malt sweetness and medium bitterness anchor this one, finishing dry and oily.

We’re kicking off back-to-back weeks of the Roadrunners taking on neighbors to the north! First up, Texas State today at 2:30PM! We’ll have the game on our screens with sound and we're serving up $5 FLAGSHIP PINTS from 2:15PM to 6:15PM for today's game.

That means you get an afternoon of football and $5 pours of Electric Jellyfish Hazy IPA, Training Bines Hazy IPA, Scorpion Disco WCIPA, Magical Pils, Burro’s Breakfast Mexican L***r, and Old Beluga Amber Ale.

Quick update for Roadrunner fans: Due to a broadcast shift completely out of our control, today’s UTSA vs. UTRGV game is airing exclusively on a streaming tier that is not commercially licensed for us.

We exhausted every option with our commercial providers, but they simply cannot port the feed to our screens. We’ll have additional college games on all afternoon and will feature sound for the Texas vs. Texas State matchup. Apologies for the bad news and we'll get this going again next week. Cheers!
