Lada Ladies Two Sisters, One Food Truck...and a Whole ‘Lada Enchilada! Our Story:

We are two sisters who have turned our passion for the food industry into a business!

We offer catering to the Austin, San Marcos, and San Antonio, and surrounding areas!! The Sisters:

Sandra is a classically trained Chef who obtained a degree from Le Cordon Blue at the Texas Culinary Academy. She went on to obtain her Bachelor's Degree from Texas State University in Business. While working in the hospitality industry, as a sous chef, she has had to cater events ranging from intim

ate parties to large wedding/banquet events!! She has been creating food "Masterpieces" all her life and is ready to create a "Masterpiece" for your next event! Elaine has been in the customer service industry for more than half of her life. She has dealt with customer relations her entire career and knows how to work well with people. With her management experience she has learned how to stay level headed when dealing with a lot of pressure. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State University and also a Master of Business degree from Ottawa University.

We passed our inspection, and then had to turn around and perform some maintenance on our girl! Luckily we have an awesome mechanic who can walk us through some craziness over the phone, and we are back up and running!! 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️
