PG Special Events stems from a deep, rich culinary legacy, starting with the beloved, family-owned Papa Gallo’s Mexican Restaurant established back in 1997. After meeting in 2003 and marrying in 2015, owners Jesse and Lidia López decided to combine their shared passions, culinary expertise, and hearts to launch their own premier catering company.
