When we were kids growing up in El Paso, my mom ONLY ordered pizza on Fridays. If I remember right, the place was called Pizza Express by Album Park. Was it a great pie? Absolutely not. Was it even close to a pizza? Debatable. Did we devour it anyway — yellow cheese and all? You bet we did.

And here we are decades later, still honoring the tradition — except now we’re doing it loud, proud, and delicious at Halftime Pizza.
