THIS IS SO DISGUSTING! Real talk storytime..
Texas h**p legislation has turned into a mess for small businesses like ours. We carry T H C products and have worked hard to do it the right way, stay compliant, and follow the rules. Until recently, our annual permit to sell these products was $155.
This year, that permit jumped to $5,150. And because of a technical issue that caused our renewal to be submitted ONE day late, we were hit with an additional $1,000 late fee!! 🥴
That means our annual h**p permit for this year costs us $6,150.
We’re sharing this because it directly affects how we operate. We know you love a deal, and we love giving one when we can, but this is also why we can’t always offer discounts on these products the way people might hope.
