This is the big announcement that I wanted to make a bit back in time. So this has been many years in the making, I remember on a post that I once said, "I'm going to build a food truck/trailer that will be able to feed thousands at a time." Well, that dream came true!

We'll be our Original Tex-Mex, infused California Cuisine aka Big California Burritos & Fish Tacos, and Texas Barbecue aka Brisketeria. It's a blend, but this Cali-Style & Barbecue Infusion are all the favorite meats from the West Coast to Texas Barbecue making the most incredible Tasty Tacos in the San Antonio area. You'll be able to choose Carne Asada, Smoked Meats, or Carne Guisada, wrapped in Home-made Tortillas ( Home-made coming soon). A lot is coming, but we'll be starting with a limited menu to get everything running with precision. Located at Alamo Ranch Food Truck Park, 5615 Lone Star Pkwy, San Antonio, TX 78253, It's hard to find a spot with enough room to put this together. Size matters, and this is why the spot at the bar didn't work out. But we are highly mobile now and can travel and serve. We are catering now to parties of all sizes.
