First and foremost we want to thank all of our customers and supporters for your continued support, patience and understanding. We appreciate every order, share, recommendation and everyone who continues to show love to our small business. 🙏🏾
Sometimes unexpected things happen and we have to make adjustments to our business hours. Other times we have planned time away to handle personal matters, take care of other responsibilities or simply rest and reset. We always do our best to share updates to our social media platforms.
As much as we love serving our customers we are people too and life happens outside of business. Running a small business takes time, dedication and sacrifice but we also have personal lives and responsibilities that sometimes require our attention.
Unfortunately our time away this weekend resulted in some negative reviews and comments. We understand that unexpected closures can be inconvenient and disappointing but we ask that you please extend us the same grace and understanding you would want for yourself. A temporary closure does not mean we don’t value our customers or appreciate your business.
Behind every small business are real people putting in long hours and making sacrifices while doing their best to keep things going. Sometimes we have to step away to handle life or simply recharge so we can continue showing up and giving our customers the best we can.
To everyone who continues to support North Philly Cheesesteaks and respects our time while showing us grace when things don’t go as planned THANK YOU! Your support does not go unnoticed and we are grateful for each and every one of you.
