I recently decided to give some apartment communities a try, BIG mistake! I'm currently at Oasis Stone Oak and have been open 2 hours and only 4 items sold! An email blast doesn't cut it apartment communities! You want to offer free amenities to your residents, then do the work. It doesn't take that must to print out notifications and post in common areas!
