Excited to share the results of our very first Go With The Flow Coffee Club! Our small group sampled and rated four coffees, and the results were interesting. We tasted two distinct beans, each roasted in two different ways, and it was clear how much the roasting process influences flavor. Huge thanks to .coffee for the amazing coffee!

Shoutout to Hala Tree Coffee out of Kona for the great coffee roasting tour. I purchased some green coffee from them and will be roasting them as soon as I get home.

The results of the cupping test are official!

1st Place: Tropical Twist which is a light roast notes of lemon and lime

2nd place: Coastal Spice which is a dark roast with notes of fig and nutmeg

Honorable Mentions: Cocoa Beach and Woodland Cove
