La Churreria Coffee Shop, ven a probar los deliciosos churros recién hechos con un café de olla, o chocolate caliente No importaba a qué hora del día llegara, siempre había café. ¿Por que? No lo sé; pero esa vieja olla siempre estaba ahí desde que yo recuerdo, y siempre estaba lista para darle la bienvenida a cualquier visitante con una taza de aromático café caliente. Esos días ya se han ido, y hoy sólo son un recuerdo en mi memoria, especialmente en un día frío, cuando un buen café de México con su canela y piloncillo es ideal para darme un poco de calor. Me encanta este café, sobretodo cuando vamos a acampar al bosque, porque el aroma extra que le brinda el humo de la leña me hace sentir que lo estoy tomando en uno de esos pequeños restaurantes tipo cabañas en las afueras de los pueblos pequeños cuando viajo por mi México querido. Por eso nos esmeramos en preparar el mismo café que mi abuela tenía para todo aquel que la visitaba y endulzar así su corazón, nosotros queremos que compartas con nosotros estos hermosos recuerdos tomando una deliciosa taza de café, seguimos cocinando ideas y haciéndolas con el corazón...
